8. Extent of Land and accommodation to be provided.
- The extent of land and accommodation to be provided by the institution of higher learning shall be as prescribed by the State Government. Further, the Educational Agency shall provide suitable buildings for establishing the proposed institution as per the specification laid down by the State Government.
