Section 1 in Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats (Norms For Classification) Rules, 2014
1. Short title, application and commencement.
(1)These rules may be called the Tamil Nadu Town Panchayats (Norms for Classification) Rules, 2014.(2)They shall apply to all the Town Panchayats in the State.(3)They shall come into force at once.
