                     Act, to proceed against the respondents 1 to 3 and 5 herein for willful
                     disobedience of the orders of the Court dated 13.6.2023 in W.P.No.5729 of
                     2023.

                                                               ORDER

This Contempt Petition was filed on the ground that the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.5729 of 203 dated 13.6.2023, was not complied with.

2.Pursuant to the earlier passed by this Court on 22.9.2023, the matter was posted today for hearing. A status report has been filed by the 1st respondent. The relevant portion is extracted hereunder:

4. I submit that to comply with the order of this Hon'ble Court dated 22.9.2023, the petitioner had put her signature for the following:-

A. Account No.1: (GENERAL FUND) https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 3 a. a sum of Rs.4,63,080/- (Four lakhs sixty three thousand eighty rupees only) paid to the OHT operators and librarian as salary vide voucher No.1/2023 dated 23.9.2023 through PFMS.

b. a sum of Rs.1,83,000/- (One lakh eighty three thousand rupees only) paid to the Tax Receiver, Sweeper, daily labours as salary vide voucher No.2/2023 dated 23.9.2023 through PFMS.

B. Account No.7:- (SALARY ACCOUNT) a. A sum of Rs.8,02,500/- (Eight lakhs two thousand five hundred rupees only) paid to the Panchayat Secretary and other sweepers as salary vide voucher No.1/2023 dated 23.9.2023 through PFMS.

C. Account No.8 (SWM ACCOUNT) a. A sum of Rs.2,44,800/- (Two lakhs fourty four thousand eight hundred rupees only) paid to the Thuimai Kavalar as salary vide Voucher No.1/2023 dated 23.9.2023 through PFMS.

D. Account No.2 (EB ACCOUNT) a. A sum of Rs.10,73,550/- (Ten lakhs seventy three thousand five hundred and fifty rupees only0 paid to the Electricity Board towards electricity bill vide voucher No.1/2023 dated 23.9.2023 through Cheque bearing Cheque No.008584.

b.A sum of Rs.1,07,280/- (one lakh seven thousand two hundred and eighty rupees only) paid to the TWARD Board towards water chares bill vide voucher No.2/2023 dated https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 23.9.2023 through cheque bearing cheque No.008585.

2.It is also brought to the notice of this Court that during the pendency of this contempt petition, the petitioner has been removed from the post of Vice President. The relevant notification dated 1.11.2023, was also placed before this Court.

3.Recording the same, this contempt petition is closed.
