Section 2(1) in The Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Rules, 1996
(1)In these rules, unless the context otherwise requires,—(a)“Act” means the Persons with Disabilities (Equal Opportunities, Protection of Rights and Full Participation) Act, 1995 (1 of 1996);(b)“certificate” or “disability certificate” means a certificate issued in pursuance of clause (t) of section 2 of the Act;(c)“multiple disabilities” means a combination of two or more disabilities as defined in clause (i) of section 2 of the Act;(d)“Form” means a form appended to these rules.
