Section 13(1) in Jharkhand Advocates Clerks Welfare Fund Act, 2018
(1)An Association of Advocates' Clerk constituted after the commencement of this Act may, within two months from the date of such constitution, and an Association of Advocates' Clerk constituted before the recommencement of this Act may, within two months from the dated of commencement of this Act, apply to the Committee in such form and in such manner as may be prescribed, for recognition and registration as an Advocates' Clerk Association under this Act.
