UPON hearing the counsel the Court made the following
O R D E R
This writ petition filed under Article 32 of the Constitution prays that 26944 unfilled posts from the earlier selection be directed to be filled through instant selection.
It is a matter of record that 69,000 posts were advertised to be filled through ATRE-2019.
In the circumstances, no direction can be issued to the concerned authorities to fill up posts in excess of 69,000.
The instant writ petition is therefore, is dismissed. Pending applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.
