Section 14 in The Orissa Express Highway Act, 1964
14. Removal of difficulties.
- If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act the State Government may, by order do anything not inconsistent with the provisions of this Act or the rules made thereunder which appears to them to be necessary for the purposes of removing the difficulties.
