Section 22(3) in The Orissa Standard of Weights and Measures (Enforcement) Rules, 1993
(3)Any weight or measure which has been verified and stamped in situ shall be dismantled and removed from his original site without prior intimation to the Controller or other person authorised by him in this behalf.
