Section 15(1) in Uttarakhand Self Reliant Co-Operatives Act, 2003
(1)Any person who needs the services of a co-operative, expresses willingness to accept the responsibilities of membership, meets such other conditions as may be specified in the articles of association of the co-operative, and is in a position to use the services, may seek membership and be admitted as a member :Provided that the co-operative is in a position to extend its services to the applicant.
