respondents No. 1, 5 and 6 herein to take necessary action to measure the
landed property of the petitioners herein and identify four boundaries
situated in survey No. 64/1, of Tindivanam Village, Tindivanam Taluk,
Villupuram Distrit for issuing Sub Division Patta for each petitioner and

COMMONORDER
The W.P.No.17653 of 2010 has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1, 5 & 6 to measure the property of the petitioners and identify four boundaries situated in survey No. 64/1, of Tindivanam Village, Tindivanam Taluk, Villupuram Distrit for issuing Sub Division Patta to each petitioner and allow them to live peaceful life based on their representation ________ Page 5 of 8 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.Nos.17653 of 2020 and 8912 of 2022 dated 24.09.2018.
2. The Writ Petition in W.P.No.8912 of 2022 has been filed challenging the notice dated 29.03.2022 issued by the seventh respondent under Section 78(2) of the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowments Act, 1959 to vacate the premises on the ground that the petitioners are encroachers' of the temple property.
3. The grievance of the petitioners is with regard their title over the property. Hence, the petitioners have to file a civil suit as civil disputes cannot be decided in writ jurisdiction.
4. With the above observation, the Writ Petitions stand dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
