(1)The Chief Officer of the Municipality may, on application by the owner, lessee or occupier of any building, arrange for supplying of water from the nearest main to such building for domestic purposes in such quantities, as deemed reasonable, and may, at any time, limit the amount of water to be supplied whenever considered necessary.
