1. The instant contempt petition was listed before this Court on 23.08.2012 on which date notice was issued and since then the petitioner has not made any effort to get the instant contempt petition listed for more than 12 years.
2. The record reveals that the instant contempt petition was listed before this Court on 03.12.2024, on which date there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. It appears that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the instant contempt petition, perhaps for the reason that the order stands complied with.
3. In the aforesaid backdrop, no fruitful purpose will be served in keeping this contempt petition alive and, accordingly, proceedings in the contempt petition are closed and the contempt petition is disposed of.
4. Rule, if any, shall stand discharged.
