Section 41(1) in The Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Technological University Act, 1989
(1)The University shall establish, within the University campus, all or any of the following schools and such other institutions and laboratories as it may deem fit:-(a)the School of Engineering and Technology;(b)the School of Health Sciences;(c)the School of Management Studies;(d)the School of Applied Social Sciences;(e)the School of Marine Sciences;(f)the School of Earth Sciences.
