1. The Interim Application is taken out by the Applicant, who is the Petitioner for expeditious hearing of Writ Petition 12525 of 2019.

2. Mr. Pandya, learned Counsel appearing for the Applicant states that one of the party is of senior citizen of 81 years old. He states that other parties are also senior citizens.

3. Affidavit-in-reply has been filed on behalf of Respondent Nos. 1 to 3, wherein in paragraph 3 even Respondent Nos. 1 and 3 have stated that they have no objection for early hearing of the present Writ Petition.

4. Learned Counsel appearing for Respondent No.5 tenders affidavit-in-reply wherein most of the contentions raised are on the merits of the case.

5. For the reasons set out in the Interim Application, the same is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).

6. The Writ Petition be shown in final hearing board commencing from 7th August 2023. To be shown in the category of "Senior Citizen".

7. Interim Application is disposed of in above terms with no order as to costs.
