Section 34 in The Family Courts (Jharkhand High Court) Rules, 2004
34. Report from the Counsellor.
- The Court may ask the Counsellor to submit an interim report for the purposes of such an application before deciding an interim application. The Family Court Rules, 2002 relating to report to be submitted by Counsellor, shall mutatis mutandis apply to interim reports also.
