Section 30(1) in The Chhattisgarh Non-Government Colleges and Institutions in Higher Education (Establishment and Regulation) Act, 2006
(1)Grant-in-aid shall be provided to recognised educational institutions under private management, subject to the conditions hereinafter specified and with due consideration of the requirements of each locality.
