10. Annual Charges.
- Annual charges of SLDC shall be collected in the form of system operation charges and market operation charges. The annual charges shall be levied and collected only from the intra-State entities other than short-term open access customers, bulk consumers and captive users. Also the annual charges shall not be collected from those to whom these regulations do not apply as per regulation 2(2).
