21. Act not to apply to stock exchanges and clearing corporations.
- Nothing contained in this Act shall be applicable to the stock exchanges and clearing corporations recognised under the Securities Contracts (Regulation) Act, 1956(42 of 1956) and the transactions undertaken therein.
