Order 16/12/2022 This criminal misc. petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been preferred for quashing of FIR No.66/2018 registered at P.S. Banswara, District Banswara for the offences under Sections 386, 327 & 460 of IPC.

At the outset, learned Public Prosecutor submits that the charge sheet has already been filed before the competent Court, and thus, this petition has become infructuous.

The factual report furnished by learned Public Prosecutor is taken on record.

In light of such submission, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to take up all his legal issues (Downloaded on 17/12/2022 at 11:42:19 PM) (2 of 2) [CRLMP-2126/2021] before the learned trial court at appropriate stage. All pending applications also stand disposed of.
