Section 4A(a) in The Greater Bombay laws and The Bombay High court (Declaration of limits) Act, 1945
(a)the lands specified in Part I of Schedule E shall, on and from the date of the coming into force of the Greater Bombay Laws and the Bombay High Court (Declaration of Limits) (Amendment) Act, 1950, be excluded from the limits of the village of Majas in the Bombay Suburban District and shall be included in and form part of the village of Goregaon;
