A member who is residing at the place of the meeting or at the place of making or subscribing an oath or affirmation under Article 188 of the Constitution of India, when the Assembly is not in session, may draw Daily Allowance for each day of attendance at a meeting or for the day on which the oath or affirmation is made or subscribed as the case may be at the rate of [Rs. 500/-per day.]]
