Section 15(4) in The Actuaries (Election To The Council) Rules, 2008
(4)If a Member dies and it is known to the Returning Officer, after declaration of results in which he has been declared elected, then the resultant vacancy shall be filled as per the provisions of sub-section (3) of section 18 of the Act.
