Section 8(1) in The Metro Railways (Notice of Accidents and Inquiries) Rules, 2014

(1)After receiving the detailed report under sub-rule (5) of rule 7, the Chief Commissioner of Railway Safety shall, after taking approval of the Ministry of Urban Development and the Ministry of Railways in the Government of India, cause publication of the report.
