155. Rights over sub-soil water resources.
(1)All rights over the sub-soil water resources in Siliguri shall vest in the Corporation.(2)No person shall sink a tube-well in Siliguri except with the prior permission of the Chief Executive Officer.(3)The Chief Executive Officer may grant such permission on such terms and conditions as may be determined by regulation.
