140. Steps to comply with Supreme Court directions
.-(a) Unless otherwise ordered by the Supreme Court, the Appellant or his Advocate shall be notified to deposit the transmission charges and cost of preparation of record, if any, etc., within 15 days of the receipt of the notice.(b)When the party or Advocate fails to deposit the amount as aforesaid, the Registrar shall forthwith submit a report thereof to the Registrar of the Supreme Court of India.
