Section 17(2)(i) in Cochin Port Trust (Handling Freight Containers Carrying Dangerous or Hazardous Cargo) Regulations, 2019

(i)dangerous cargo containers shall be destuffed with care always bearing in mind that the cargo may have been damaged in transit and before the doors are opened, this possibility shall be borne in mind in relation to the properties of the cargo and if there is evidence that such damage has occurred, expert advice must be sought before commencing destuffing of the container;
