Section 47(1) in Puducherry Town and Country Planning Act, 1969
(1)The Government, in consultation with the Town and Country Planning Department, may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make Building Bye-laws and Zoning Regulations to be applicable to such areas as may be specified in the notification to carry out the purposes of this Act.
