Section 11(iii) in Chandigarh Milk Colony Allotment of Sites Rules, 1975
(iii)Provided that the Estate Officer may for good and sufficient reasons extend the time for payment of rent up to six months on the whole on further payment of additional 6 per cent per annum interest on the amount remaining unpaid from the due date up to the date of actual payment.
