Section 61F(1) in The Chhattisgarh Panchayat Raj Adhiniyam, 1993
(1)Notwithstanding anything contained in the Chhattisgarh Land Revenue Code, 1959 (No. 20 of 1959) the transfer or agreement lo transfer of plots made by a colonizer, in an area of illegal diversion or illegal colonization, shall be void.
