Section 17(1) in The Energy Conservation (Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency) Rules, 2016
(1)Any guarantee coverage given by the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency shall be governed by the provisions of the Partial Risk Guarantee Fund for Energy Efficiency rules as if the same had been written in the documents evidencing such risk coverage.
