Section 33(4) in The Navy (Disposal Of Private Property) Regulations, 1961
(4)When an estate or surplus thereof is finally handed over under the Act to a representative or other person a copy of the report or return referred to in sub-clause (1) or (2) respectively shall be supplied to him free of charge.
