Section 68(2) in The M.P. Cinemas (Regulation) Rules, 1972
(2)Wire and cables shall be adequately and firmly fixed and shall be similar to the wires already specified in these rules and in all cases where the wires are within reach of the public they shall be efficiently protected from mechanical injury by an armour of iron or steel.
