Section 6(xiv) in Manipur University of Culture Act, 2015
(xiv)to admit to its privileges colleges and institutions within the State of Manipur not maintained by the University; to withdraw all or any of those privileges in accordance with such conditions as may be prescribed by the Statutes; to recognize, guide, supervise, and control hostels not maintained by the University and other accommodations for students, and to withdraw such recognitions;
