Section 1 in The Chandigarh Disturbed Areas Act, 1983
1. Short title, extent and commencement.—
(1)This Act may be called the Chandigarh Disturbed Areas Act, 1983.(2)It extends to the whole of the Union territory of Chandigarh.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 7th day of October, 1983.
