Section 33(1) in Andhra Pradesh Motor Transport Workers Rules, 1963
(1)Every employer shall maintain a Register of Leave with Wages in Form No. VII:Provided that if the Chief Inspector is of opinion that any muster-roll or register maintained as part of the routine of.any undertakings, on a return made by the employer, gives in respect of any or all of the workers, the particulars required for the enforcement of Chapter VII of the Act, he may, by order in writing, direct that such muster-roll or register or return shall to the corresponding extent, be maintained in place and be treated as the register required to be maintained under this rule in respect of that undertaking.
