Section 29(2) in The Minimum Wages (Madhya Pradesh) Rules, 1958
(2)Wage-slips in Form XII containing such particulars as may be notified by the Government shall be issued by every employer to every person employed by him at least a day prior to the disbursement of wages. But in cases, where payment of wages is made on every day the work was done, it shall be issued on the very same day.
