Section 1 in Uttarakhand Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization) Act, 2013
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Uttarakhand Scheduled Castes Sub-Plan and Tribal Sub-Plan (Planning, Allocation and Utilization) Act, 2013.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Uttarakhand.(3)They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the official Gazette.
