267. Appointment of places for disposal and final disposal of solid wastes.
- The Chairman may cause the solid wastes to be disposed of at such place or places within or outside the municipal area and in such manner as it considers suitable:Provided that no place, which has not been before the commencement of this Act used for the purpose specified in this section, shall be used except in conformity with the provisions of the West Bengal Town and Country (Planning and Development) Act, 1979 (West Ben. Act 13 of 1979).
