                                          ORDER

Date : 25.06.2025 Case taken up before the Lawazima Court.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

Perused the records.

Perusal of the instant case record reveals that the earlier Lawazima Court vide its order Page No.# 2/2 dated 29.11.2024 had directed the petitioner to take fresh steps for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 5 & 6, within 7 (seven) days from the date of the said order.

Thereafter, when the instant matter was listed again before the Lawazima Court on 20.05.2025, the said Lawazima Court was pleased to allow the petitioner further one week time to comply with the Lawazima Court's order dated 29.11.2024.

However, perusal of the recent office note dated 25.06.2025 reveals that the petitioner has not yet taken any steps for issuance of notice to the respondent Nos. 5 & 6, despite being repeatedly directed to that effect.

In view of the observations made above, it may be discerned that the petitioner may not be interested to pursue the case. As such, the matter is laid before the Hon'ble Court.
