(b)[The Sarpanch shall place the list of properties before the Grama Panchayat in a meeting held in the month of September or October each year for its consideration and suggestion for better management of properties and send a copy of the minutes of the meeting relating to the management of each such property to the Block Development Officer and Sub-Collector.
