Section 32(2) in The Pepsu Court of Wards Act, 2008
(2)In computing any period of limitation prescribed by the law of Limitation in force for the time being in the State, or section 48 of the Civil Procedure Code, every period during which proceedings have been stayed or temporarily barred by reasons of the provisions of this section or of section 31 shall be excluded.
