Section 2(k) in The U.P. Electricity Supply (Consumers) Regulations, 1984
(k)'Premises' means a structure with or without land appurtenant thereto for which supply is requisitioned or to which a supply has been made or the portion of a building in occupation of the consumer or intending consumer connected or likely to be connected for supply;
