129. Comparison of inspection results from year to year.
- The inspection report form no longer provides for entries as to the action taken on remarks in previous reports, because it is taken for granted that each inspection will be carried on in this light of that record or that preceding it. This is of the essence of "constructive" inspection work and inspection reports should show clearly that the Inspecting Officer is seeking to build on his own or predecessor's foundations.D.
