Section 1 in Manipur Technical University Act, 2016
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called the Manipur Technical University Act, 2016.(2)It extends to the whole of the State of Manipur.(3)It shall be deemed to have come into force with effect from the 23th day of April, 2016.
