Section 25(3) in Gujarat Organic Agricultural University Act, 2017
(3)(a)The Vice-Chancellor shall have power to convene the meetings of the Board of Management, the Academic Council, the Research Council and the Extension Council.(b)The Vice-Chancellor may delegate the power under clause (a) to any other officer of the University.
