Section 14(1) in The Kadi Sarva Vishwavidyalaya Act, 2007
(1)Subject to the provisions of this Act, the Board shall be responsible for the general superintendence, direction and control of the affairs of the University and shall exercise all the powers to review the acts of the Academic Council and the Finance Committee and any other committee or authority constituted by the University and of the officers of the University.
