2. We are informed that the interviews of the candidates for the post of Under Secretary (Legislative Affairs), Government of Goa, on deputation, are scheduled to take place on 11/05/2026. Insofar as the interviews for the other post are concerned, the same will take place at a later date.

3. That being so, it would be appropriate that the GPSC proceeds with the interviews as scheduled on 11/05/2026, and the result of the interviews shall be placed before this Court in a sealed envelope. Similarly, if the GPSC wishes to proceed with the interviews for the second post, i.e. Under Secretary (Law), the same process shall be followed.
4. List this petition for hearing on 09/06/2026.
