Section 3 in The Orissa Veterinary Practitioners Act, 1969
3. Establishment of the Council.
(1)The State Government shall, by notification, establish a Council to be called the Orissa Veterinary Council.(2)The Council shall be a body corporate and shall have perpetual succession and a common seal with power to acquire and hold property, both movable and immovable and to transfer any such property subject to the prescribed conditions and shall, by the said name, sue and be sued.
