Section 23(ii) in The Punjab School Education Board Employees (Conduct) Regulations, 1978
(ii)Nothing in this regulation shall be deemed to prohibit an employee from vindicating his private character or any act done by him in his private capacity and where any action for vindicating his private character or any act done by him in private capacity is taken by the employee shall submit a report to the competent authority regarding such action.
