Section 8(1) in The Bihar Excise (Settlement of Licences for retail sale of Country/Spiced country liquor) Rules, 2004
(1)Sale notification in Excise Form 127 shall be published with the prior approval of Board of Revenue, ordinarily fifteen days before the date fixed for commencement of first settlement, in which general conditions of auction shall be mentioned, besides other facts. A copy of it shall be pasted for inspection at the collectorate or at the place where auction is held.
